At REAL Watersports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days and send a confirmation email.
